Biography
Ahmet Katı is an industrial microbiologist and working as a Research Scientist in Hayat Kimya R&D Center. He is head of Biotechnology research laboratory, coordinating multidisciplinary studies with other internal R&D teams. He is an expert about preservatives which are using household cleaners and cosmetic products. He received a PhD degree in Biotechnology from Yeditepe University, Istanbul. His research area industrial enzymes, preservatives, biocidal products and regulations, developing new antimicrobial agents and probiotics.
